This is a story of a salesman, Tatsuyuki Hibara, at a small loan office “Teikoku Loan Office” who becomes a moneylender lending and collecting money under his mentor, Sumio Kuwabara.
They lend money cleverly and collect it outrageously. They collect money back with a good tactics from people who are hard-bitten or who are trying to escape by risking their lives.
This story shows a flip side of money and a know-how of not being cheated and be sorry. It is a full of brutal stories in deep down town of Osaka. It became a big hit among business people and made into a live version.
