The setting of this comic is same as the one of “Psychometry Eiji.

This is a story of Kunimitu Muto, who lives a downtown of Tokyo and is a son of Soba needle restaurant with only a junior high school degree, become an secretary of a politician Ryoma Sakagami, who runs for mayor.

There are many characters gathered around Kunimitu, who has a manly sprit and unique ideas of amateur, such as Masumi Sawa, a reporter with a strong sense of justice, Mitsuaki Azuma, a genius campaign strategist. Kunimitsu fights with corrupt politicians with those friends and citizens.

As a system and problems of politics is very well explained in this comic by using familiar subjects in this story, everyone can enjoy learning about a race for mayor and politics easily.
